Recently purchased a new vehicle from Coad and had a great experience. I had gone to my local dealership and tried to purchase a new car there but they wanted to offer me way less for my trade, and alth great experience. I had gone to my local dealership and tried to purchase a new car there but they wanted to offer me way less for my trade, and although we just needed to meet in the middle - around $500 - they wouldn't budge. Until I left. I can't stand the car buying process, especially when salesmen try to haggle like that. I called Coad instead and talked with Ashley Miller. I told her what vehicle and features I wanted, sent her photos of my trade, and within 30 minutes she had called back, found the vehicle I wanted, and given me an offer that hands-down beat my local dealer. It was so nice for them to not haggle, not pressure, and how sweet Ashley was the entire time. I was able to give most of my info over the phone so when I went to pick up my car, I just has to test drive it and sign papers. It was a quick and smooth process, and I'm so grateful for that!
