They met my bottom line price and when a chip in my windshield was discovered, Jason stated that if I was not satisfied with what the repairman advised, Coad would replace the windshield. Long story short, it was replaced. The Service Department manager was equally as accommodating, professional and pleasant. Yes, I would purchase from Coad Toyota again.
