Disappointed that my car was not filled with the correct amount of oil Checked it over the weekend and it was short oil. Brought car back in and was told that the reason for this was that the pump stoppe amount of oil Checked it over the weekend and it was short oil. Brought car back in and was told that the reason for this was that the pump stopped working on Friday and therefore they were not able to fill it appropriately. No mention of that when I picked up the car. I should have been told of the situation and told to bring the car back when I picked my car up. Was I told the truth or is the dealership purposely not fill the oil in order to save on oil? More

New Management needs to be more accessible and service department needs to be more concerned about the requests of the customer.
