His sales talent and intuition nailed our dream car. Actually, it was also the whole overall customer experience. From the Ralph’s personal sales touch, the owners, Phil & Corrine, taking time to speak with us to Ralpha in Finance working those magic numbers. We were hooked. Our VW Taos (new) was the icing on the cake. I had sworn to myself to never buy new again, but this team was extraordinary in customer care. In the end, my husband & I were so happy with our beautiful new car and joining the VW family! Kudos to them for making what I considered a dark side to being bright, shiny and new! More
