I Have an addition to this review. I was contacted the next day by the service manager after he read my complaint on their facebook page and all the repairs were done correctly and fixed with no charge . The service manager was great at fixing the problem and all is good now. Too bad I still had to go through this and had the Erik originally talked to him before I left all this could have been avoided.
