Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have literally passed the Fresno Ram Dealership to go out of my way to go to the Clovis Ram Dealership only because I am loyal. Brought the truck I have literally passed the Fresno Ram Dealership to go out of my way to go to the Clovis Ram Dealership only because I am loyal. Brought the truck to the Clovis Ram dealership for four new tires. I have a good relationship with Good Guys around the corner from my house and could have just as easily gone there, but I am a loyal customer and decided to stick with the dealership. I picked up the truck on a Thursday. Noticed air getting lower on one of the tires over the weekend. Brought it into the dealership four days later (Monday). The tire was ten psi lower than the others. Dealership added air and said to keep an eye on it. Over the next week it slowly went down to ten psi below the others so brought it back into the dealership. They added air and said to give my service rep (Jason) a call when he was back in the office on Wed. Called Jason, brought the Truck in the next day (Thursday). Jason called to say that I must have hit a curb because the rim was dented. I said that if that was the case, the technician would have noticed it when he put on the new tire, Jason said the technician said it wasn’t there when he put on the new tire. Also, the dent was on the inside of the tire, which is not where you would hit the curb. I also pointed out that the tire wasn’t leaking when I brought it in to get new tires, and it was leaking immediately after I picked it up, so it happened on their watch and I should not have to pay for it. Jason turned it over to his service manager. Service Manager now claims that it was there before and the technician must have missed it when he put on the new tires. No acknowledgement that it happened on their watch or that the technician probably dropped the rim when changing the tire, so they weren’t covering it. The cost of the rim wasn’t a big deal to me, but their lack of accepting responsibility, and lack of desire to recognize and keep a loyal customer is a big deal, so they have lost me as a customer. I am also due to buy a new truck, but it definitely won’t be from them. More
They went above and beyond to make sure we had a jeep capable of towing a travel trailer. They uncovered multiple problems and worked to take care of each and every one. They put at the head of the que capable of towing a travel trailer. They uncovered multiple problems and worked to take care of each and every one. They put at the head of the queue because of our situation. We had come in from out of town to pick up a new trailer, when we discovered the wiring wasn't correct on our jeep to handle the brakes. The sales department exceeded expectations then the service department completely blew it .I already left a 4500 word review on the Ram website explaining the service issues but that was two months ago service department completely blew it .I already left a 4500 word review on the Ram website explaining the service issues but that was two months ago and I have not heard one peep back from them .You would think spending over $90,000 on a new pickup would warrant a response but NO. Took in for my regular free oil change, but it’s %100 guaranteed the mechanics “will find a problem” with something that needs replacing. This time it was the lower radiator hose that was replaced by my guaranteed the mechanics “will find a problem” with something that needs replacing. This time it was the lower radiator hose that was replaced by my personal mechanic three months ago. The answer I got after revealing it was a new hose, “Well, maybe the mechanic was mistaken”. xxx? They quoted me a replacement over $400! I took my jeep home and oil spilled on my driveway and spilled in my parking stall at work, not coolant! So I took it to my personal mechanic and he said the oil cap was hand screwed causing a leak. Also, the new hose was fine, but I did have to replace the coolant reservoir due to a crack. Free oil changes from Jeep Chrysler are not even worth it cuz I no longer trust their mechanics or their advisors; their work is just sloppy. Fresno Jeep is no better, I had issues with my sunroof once and was told by an advisor (Kenny), “just don’t use it too much”. Fortunately the female manager at the time made it right. But I’m going to Dinuba from now on for any Jeep recalls. Everything else, I’m using my own mechanic. Next Jeep purchase will not be in Clovis or Fresno. More
