I took my truck in to get work done when they said it was fixed and finished I picked it a new noise went back the following week have the technician that worked on it who's been a Chrysler for 38 years is a fixed and finished I picked it a new noise went back the following week have the technician that worked on it who's been a Chrysler for 38 years is a master technician go for a test drive said he heard something fluttering but he wasn't sure if it was part of the truck itself got back up to the service advisor after the test drive he tells the service advisor he really didn't hear anything I told master technician who I went on test drive with while we were driving nobody's perfect he turned around and looked at me and didn't say a word so I took that as he's perfect I said it doesn't matter what happened or who did it my truck is still under warranty let's fix it please before my warranty expires in 2 months on December 16th suffice to say it never got fixed. Also my passenger rear signal light was out when I picked up my truck originally after they said it was fixed the code came on the light was out I thought to myself why don't you ask me if we need to fix it come to find out it was under warranty so why didn't they at least order the parts I had to call back and tell him all these things cuz I didn't talk to him when I picked it up originally after seeing the code I was so disgusted also my overflow box for my radiator keeps going empty I took her to the Fresno Dodge now the Clovis nobody can seem to find out what's wrong with it which is ridiculous it's not supposed to be empty only when it's hot and goes back into the block then it's supposed to get cold off and go back into the box the overflow box these are ridiculous things now I have to go back and get my signal fixed which makes no sense I would not recommend either one of these dealerships ever More

In particular I like the service they supply of giving you a ride home and not relying on uber. Some dealerships rely on uber which I don't like as they seem to be dirty and not at all friendly. In addition, I like the coffee service supplied in addition it is always kept clean. More
Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have literally passed the Fresno Ram Dealership to go out of my way to go to the Clovis Ram Dealership only because I am loyal. Brought the truck I have literally passed the Fresno Ram Dealership to go out of my way to go to the Clovis Ram Dealership only because I am loyal. Brought the truck to the Clovis Ram dealership for four new tires. I have a good relationship with Good Guys around the corner from my house and could have just as easily gone there, but I am a loyal customer and decided to stick with the dealership. I picked up the truck on a Thursday. Noticed air getting lower on one of the tires over the weekend. Brought it into the dealership four days later (Monday). The tire was ten psi lower than the others. Dealership added air and said to keep an eye on it. Over the next week it slowly went down to ten psi below the others so brought it back into the dealership. They added air and said to give my service rep (Jason) a call when he was back in the office on Wed. Called Jason, brought the Truck in the next day (Thursday). Jason called to say that I must have hit a curb because the rim was dented. I said that if that was the case, the technician would have noticed it when he put on the new tire, Jason said the technician said it wasn’t there when he put on the new tire. Also, the dent was on the inside of the tire, which is not where you would hit the curb. I also pointed out that the tire wasn’t leaking when I brought it in to get new tires, and it was leaking immediately after I picked it up, so it happened on their watch and I should not have to pay for it. Jason turned it over to his service manager. Service Manager now claims that it was there before and the technician must have missed it when he put on the new tires. No acknowledgement that it happened on their watch or that the technician probably dropped the rim when changing the tire, so they weren’t covering it. The cost of the rim wasn’t a big deal to me, but their lack of accepting responsibility, and lack of desire to recognize and keep a loyal customer is a big deal, so they have lost me as a customer. I am also due to buy a new truck, but it definitely won’t be from them. More
