Short wait time I was told that it would be a 4 hour wait time that included an oil change, tire rotation and a recall software update. The actual wait time was less I was told that it would be a 4 hour wait time that included an oil change, tire rotation and a recall software update. The actual wait time was less than 1.5 hours. Coffee and donuts were provided for the waiting customers. I was charged a misc.fee for shop supplies of $3.40, that could of been included since the total price was $89.46, the software recall was no charge and I had a coupon for the oil change that was $79. Maintenance 20,000 checkup Today was only about 45 minutes to complete the maintenance. I have waited up to an hour and a half for "The Works" very happy about that. Routine service We have been loyal cusogor more than 20 years. Yesterday as we dropped our car off we were asked if we needed our car a specific time. We replied, “no, just call us when you are finished “. Seemed simple enough for oil change. Right. When 430p occurred and no call to pick up car we called to service department and were told the young lady who helped us was busy in the office and would have to leave her a message. Ok fine, simple enough . No retuned call as of yet. Thank goodness we had sense enough to just go and be lucky car was ready. More
