From the purchase of our car, David presented himself as "on our side" and the purchase experience was smooth and comfortable. Even the finance experience which can sometimes be uncomfortable was excellent with Jeremiah directing the process. Finally, when our car with less than 6,000 miles gets attacked by another car, Jesse comes through for the body shop, puts us at ease, looks out for us and through the constant updates of letting us know where we were in the process to delivering a car that looked showroom new, we were really amazed. It is not a segmented philosophy by each department but rather a total company philosophy which has to start at the top and that is truly reflected by the leader, Nathan Peele. So, truly, good is the enemy of great and Cloninger has embraced great. I really wonder why anyone would feel the need to "shop around" once they have had the Cloninger experience. Choose this day who you will deal with, but for me and my house we will choose Cloninger! More

My service advisor on this visit was Amanda Barry whom I have the utmost respect for because of the knowledge she's acquired during her years at Cloninger Toyota. Amanda always takes the time to review my options for that visit with me and makes insightful recommendations on service that should be addressed in the near future. As they say, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". I was pleased that she was helpful and not PUSHY. She also helped with my discount coupons which saved me money.
