Terrible service after sale The buying experience was great! The after sales customer service was horrible!! Over the next month, I left 3 messages with Mark and 1 with John. I was told I would receive a $500.00 veterans rebate. NO one would explain what I needed to do to get this. ( paperwork, etc) I also need a copy of the finance paperwork. I received a regular tag instead of a disabled tag. Took care of that on my own through Veterans Services. This was my first time purchasing through a dealership! Was not impressed with Customer service, after the sale was made! More

Every time I take my car in for service of any kind, she gives me an estimate of the charges AND she informs me of necessary upcoming service (that helps a great deal in budgeting for it). I used to take my son’s car (Acura TL) to Gerry Wood Honda for service until I was treated in a very shady manner (they informed me of the charge AFTER they had done the work). Now I take it to Cloninger because I know that type of shady business practice would never happen there, not by Amanda anyway. Thank you for taking the time to ask for my feedback and read my rave review. (I am not related to Amanda, by the way. She is truly a valuable asset at Cloninger service department!) More
