The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is the interior clean up job was very poor. They left a film on the window shield and white spray was not wiped off the side of my seat. Long stay in shop nets successful results. I took my 4-runner for service after my wiper blades stopped working. My bright lights were also not working. It was time for a coolant service and th I took my 4-runner for service after my wiper blades stopped working. My bright lights were also not working. It was time for a coolant service and they did a state inspection as well. The car required some intensive diagnostic work, which resulted in a longer stay in the shop. In the end everything was repaired and the coolant service and inspection done. Everything has been working wonderfully and I am grateful that the issues they faced did not require more intensive repairs. I will always turn to this shop to do my car repairs, as they are thorough and fair on pricing. The staff is helpful and courteous. They do a good job communicating with the customer while the vehicle is in the shop. Thanks. More
