Quick and easy Dropped my vehicle off for regular maintenance appointment. Was told it would be ready in about an hour. Came back an hour later, vehicle was ready to go. My interaction with Amanda Barry was very pleasant. She went over what was done with my vehicle and answered my questions. Overcharged for services not approved! Starter motor - new, from NAPA and other sources are $179 or less for a 2002 Highlander. Billed $220+ for this part. Toyota Fuel combo (Fuel injection Starter motor - new, from NAPA and other sources are $179 or less for a 2002 Highlander. Billed $220+ for this part. Toyota Fuel combo (Fuel injection service) at $150.03 added W/O being needed or approved, along with another $35.88 charge for Top Eng/Induct SV - also an unneeded service. All future service on our two (2) TOYOTA vehicles will not be at this place of business. Same goes for future new vehicle purchases - not at Cloninger. More

Service done that was not required I went in for a tire rotation. An oil change was done in addition to the tire rotation. The oil change was not due for another 5000 miles. My Toyot I went in for a tire rotation. An oil change was done in addition to the tire rotation. The oil change was not due for another 5000 miles. My Toyota uses synthetic oil which has an interval of 10,000 miles. Unfortunately I didn't realize they did an oil change until my vehicle was completed and I got a bill for the oil change which was $85.97. When I talked with the service advisor she indicated to me that my truck required an oil change every 5000 miles. Apparently she was misinformed about the mileage interval requirement for synthetic oil. More
