In no time an employee came out to guide and help me. Then I waited until someone came to get the details, it was busy yet organized. I was pleasantly surprised. I gave the details of my service requirements and was asked to wait in the lobby. It too was packed, of course. As I started to work in what seemed like a couple of minutes, it was about 45 minutes or an hour really, I was called and informed that the truck was done. Good deal!! Thanks!!! More

Overcharged for services not approved! Starter motor - new, from NAPA and other sources are $179 or less for a 2002 Highlander. Billed $220+ for this part. Toyota Fuel combo (Fuel injection Starter motor - new, from NAPA and other sources are $179 or less for a 2002 Highlander. Billed $220+ for this part. Toyota Fuel combo (Fuel injection service) at $150.03 added W/O being needed or approved, along with another $35.88 charge for Top Eng/Induct SV - also an unneeded service. All future service on our two (2) TOYOTA vehicles will not be at this place of business. Same goes for future new vehicle purchases - not at Cloninger. More

Only complaint is none of the tires have a valve stem cap, so I will drop back by to get a set. More
