Experience not good The girl which I believe her name was Amanda. She was awesome but then the guy that was telling me it was my phone and not my car because I can play m The girl which I believe her name was Amanda. He told me because my phone goes straight to voicemail when he tried calling it.. I told him my phone has been ringing anyway instead of rebooting my phone again to my he said to come back after I went to Verizon which they had already told me my phone was ok.. And now after having my 25k service my car is showing I need to take it to my dealer.. my question did they even do what I was charged for.. I have had to put pressure in my tires since my service 4 times More

First Service was not the best experience. When I picked up my Camry I went to the Toyota desk, waited in line only to find out I had to go to the Ford desk, which meant I had to stand in line When I picked up my Camry I went to the Toyota desk, waited in line only to find out I had to go to the Ford desk, which meant I had to stand in line again just to check out and get my keys. It was a first service so there was no charge and should have been an in and out experience. It took longer than necessary and seemed a little disorganized. It would have been nice if I had been told when I dropped off my car that I had to find the same person that checked me in, when I returned for pick up. I would have preferred not to answer the question about recommending this service center. My first impression was not the best. My response is based only on the service my husband has received in the past. I do not recall the service employee I worked with since it has been over a month ago, so I checked all three listed to be able to submit the survey. My experience with the Sales Team was excellent!!
