Warranty work I was greeted by Shane who quickly listened to why I was bringing my vehicle in for service. He said he would check on my issue and let me know what I was greeted by Shane who quickly listened to why I was bringing my vehicle in for service. He said he would check on my issue and let me know what the solution to my problem was. He contacted me pretty quickly and let me know how they were going to fix my issue. I came by later and asked him to just hold on to the keys until the problem was solved, he assured me that my keys would be secured and that they would take care of the problem once the new parts arrived.
