In fact, all the employees we spoke to were friendly, helpful except one. I figured this fellow had something on his mind beside a "Good morning" greeting. That aside, the experience was positive and yes, I would refer this dealership to someone. More

In July 2021 I Sold my 2018 Ford F-350 superduty diesel to Cloninger Ford during this time I was recovering from knee replacement surgery and did not remove all my belongings I left my check book, 2 credi to Cloninger Ford during this time I was recovering from knee replacement surgery and did not remove all my belongings I left my check book, 2 credit cards , a pair of 800 dollar sunglasses and other important documents in my center console I called asking for my stuff Mike the sales manger pretty much told me too bad you shouldn’t have left your stuff in the car pretty sad that honesty doesn’t live at Cloninger Ford not to mention the way we were treated when my wife and I arrived to pickup the check and drop off the truck NOT ONE person from management said a word to us. They pretty much stole my property from my vehicle a total lack of respect to others nothing but a bunch of dishonest people. This is my true honest experience with Cloninger Ford More

You will love them if you love being lied to as in we sent a guy to detail your car while we do the paperwork oh if you go out to the car please dont turn it off cause we are allowing the air to flow ove sent a guy to detail your car while we do the paperwork oh if you go out to the car please dont turn it off cause we are allowing the air to flow over the sets to dry them but really we think you will be to dumb to know when you get off the lot with your car and turn it off that the real reason we left the car running is because the battery was dead and we knew it wasnt going to start after you turnded it off don't have enough space left to tell about the mykey scam they run on me oh yeah i do great this how that works they give you only one key with your car you drive it around for over a month with no problems then one day mykey sets on car and you can't hear the radio over the airconditioning cause it has a lock on the volume and a governor on the engine in case you are ever on the interstate and find your self in a spot where you need to go over 80 miles per hour to keep a 18 wheeler for running you over you wont be able to do that unless you go buy another admin key that is gong to cost about 350 dollars and don't look for them to keep their word if you call them about the battery scam and they tell you they are going to send you a check to reimburse you for the battery they should have replaced theirselves before they sold you the car or atleast told you about upfront instead of playing the detailed car sets are drying game so if you like a bunch of crooks and scam artist lies then i recommend you go on in and get your fill at cloninger toyota in salisbury nc see now im trying to submitt my rating and they won't allow me unless i give them atleast 1 star my rating is negative 10 stars not one star but since they are going to force it on me like they did a mykey then i guess i have just keep on taking the kicks to the head while i am down More

I cannot endorse this Cloninger or Hilbish dealerships. Car door accessory panel inoperable...they denied they talked with bodyshop and wanted $115 diagnostic fee. Wanted to keep car all day. It was covered by insurance....the rhetoric was as if the entire door would have to be removed .... total overkill. Sister store Hilbish in Kannapolis no better....broke panel removing it from door....had it 90 min, gave up and ordered door switch. Returned for 90 min for door switch install and new door switch doesnt work.... scheduled new, all day appointment 10 days later and appointment cancelled due to sick tech. Took 30 min for me to remove door, google the solution, and fix the problem myself. No talent, clueless techs, and poor service. Cloninger service people rude and condescending, and have no listening skills, and speak without knowing any facts. Hilbish was at least kinder in interaction, but no smarter in fixing door panel. Never a Ford again. I'd give 0 stars if an option. I didnt record names, but obviously service dept....names below listed are not necessarily who I dealt with.....so I am not rating people individually. More

Dealership was amazing. My current car broke down, didn't run. I found 2 cars online that they had transferred the next day to the dealership. They were knowledgeable about the car even though it wa didn't run. I found 2 cars online that they had transferred the next day to the dealership. They were knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't their make (Nissan), and Corbin took care of all my car needs and questions, and Mike was amazing at finding me financing and walking me through every step. It was seamless, and they even gave me a GREAT trade-in value for my car that wasn't even running. They are professional, courteous, and act like you are their most important customer. Will DEFINTELY buy from them again!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

A headache I didnt see coming. I had gotten my car serviced here a few times never had an issue. But my most recent experience has been horrible I had my appointment for Thursday morning they still ha serviced here a few times never had an issue. I trusted them over where I originally purchased my car because with oil changes I never had an issue. My car had a recall the dealership I originally purchased my car from a dealership that was suppose to fix the recall the did not so I came here to get it fixed under my warranty.... I'm still waiting. More

This dealership is great . Found an add online & decided to take a chance & trade my car . Found a car just like what I had only 4 years newer . Had trouble getting it financed but I had a wonderful dealer to take a chance & trade my car . Found a car just like what I had only 4 years newer .
