I took my like new 2021 Ford F150 Platinum in for for “service” and the service department nearly totaled my truck. Then wanted to fix it UNDER THE TABLE AND NOT REPORT IT ON CARFAX!!! Ultimately resulte “service” and the service department nearly totaled my truck. Then wanted to fix it UNDER THE TABLE AND NOT REPORT IT ON CARFAX!!! Ultimately resulted in me having to buy another truck with little to no assistance, I had to go and sit down in person and let me see what’s available. Then no compensation for the loss of my truck or on the purchase of a new one. This place would receive a zero if I was able to give it!!! Stay away from this dealership they will screw you over from start to finish. No one has tried to compensate me for the damages (property, mentally or financially) for what occurred.. The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! More
