Excellent as always. Excellent service and Monica is so pleasant to work with.I have never had my car service anywhere else.Its a 30 minute drive from Marion but well wort Excellent service and Monica is so pleasant to work with.I have never had my car service anywhere else.Its a 30 minute drive from Marion but well worth it to see Randall Buchanan who sold me the car and Monica is the service department.As long as I am able to come to Morganton I will always get my Edge serviced there. I bought a 2012 used f150. Really love the truck and it was only on the lot for a week. One week after owning it, I had a brake caliper lock up. The dealership was great taking care of the situation. They was only on the lot for a week. One week after owning it, I had a brake caliper lock up. The dealership was great taking care of the situation. They paid for the tow and repairs. However, the truck I bought had already had a electric bed cover that is supposed to come with a remote to work it. I called multiple times to find out if they had it or where I could find it. I ended up having to buy it my self. Also had to buy a tail light and a “puddle” light for the mirror the first week of ownership. Both cost less then $20 but in my opinion should have been taken care of before being put up for sale on their lot. More
