Now, I was not going to put in a public complaint but you all sent the email to me for feedback and here is your feedback. Service department is terrible, due to the situation we had with them they were highly unethical. Not sure if this is a standard practice, I can only share my experience. I took my husbands new truck in because it had a recall on the wiper motor. I called, made an appointment for the following week, I received a text confirming my appointment and a text confirming that the part that I had requested had arrived at the dealership. I took time off of work, drove the truck to the dealership that is 20 minutes away, waited 1.5 hours for the work to be performed. Took the truck home and at the first sign of rain my husband calls to tell me that the windshield wipers do not work, same issue. He called the service department and was told that they did not know when they would be able to get that part in and that they did not perform any service on our truck, the wiper motor was not replaced. I wasted over two hours with travel, why did they have me just sit for 1.5 hours in the waiting room for nothing. Is it because I was a women that you thought you could pull this on me? I am just a wife that was doing a favor for my husband on HIS truck and what was done is highly unethical. We will never bring our truck back for service and at this point I highly doubt we will ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

Charlie Kaylor was great through the whole purchase process. All dealings were completed over the phone. When picking up the Bronco Sport the final paperwork was quick and easy. We have bought a lot of new cars and this dealership tops them all with great and knowledgable people and service. They are fast and courteous and treat us like family. I had no problems buying my truck(I see now I just got lucky) almost a year ago and recommended my fiancé to buy her car from them thinking we could trust them. They found a car she liked but after she was approved and signed everything said that that car had too many problems(which I think was a lie because they had messed up the list price) and that they couldn’t sell it to her. They promised to make it right and We went over a few options and they said one of their employees just traded in a car that fits what’s she’s looking for and is very reliable…she hadn’t even made the first payment on it and she has to beat on her battery to even get it to start, all the sensors started malfunctioning, it has stalled and stopped working TWICE WHILE DRIVING!!!!(DANGEROUS). We didn’t deserve this treatment and knowing they knew about its issues(was an employees car) it just shows how little they care about their reputation. I was wanting to upgrade my vehicle but after this we will be doing business elsewhere. More

After screwing up an oil change and costing me over $7000 in damages (the sister dealer I took it too confirmed it was an error in the oil change that caused the issue) gave this dealership another chance and let them fix an oil leak on a different truck, spending another almost $8000. It started leaking again within 2 weeks. When contacted about it Jonathon told me to take it to another dealer because it has a 2 year warranty on their work. Finally, Jonathon was supposed to submit a reimbursement request to Ford for a recall that I paid them to do (yet another story of incompetence on this dealerships part) but never received the $1000 back. Please do not trust the service department to take care of your diesel trucks. And do not trust a word that comes out of Jonathan's mouth. More

I called to confirm pricing of a truck they have. I was told the price was correct and the miles were accurate. I drove an hour to get there and another couple was there to look at the same truck. I test drove the truck and told them I would take it for the internet price of 17,228 and the offer was accepted by the salesman. He took the offer to his manager and the offer was rejected. I was told the internet price was a mistake and the real price was (I think 19,900). I said that was unacceptable seeing that the price on Autotrader, their website and the salesman all agree the price is 17,228. The other couple came to buy the truck for 17,228 and they attempted to upsale them and they left. I am in sales and as I never like to loose money; sometimes things happen. Just comes with the territory. In the end the dealership showed to be without honor and they choose money above their reputation. Evan the sales guy was caught in the middle and completely off guard.
