Will not repair issue I took my 2014 Focus to Cloninger for a recall on the fuel tank. They performed the recall but said that did not fix the issue. The check engine lig I took my 2014 Focus to Cloninger for a recall on the fuel tank. They performed the recall but said that did not fix the issue. The check engine light is still on for that one. Then I took it back for a second recall on the door latches. After they performed that work the back up lights now come on every time I press the brake pedal. They said that they did not cause the issue. It did not do that prior to them working on the car. They told me that they could check it but they would have to charge me. I had reservations about taking to Cloninger in the first place. I should have listened to my intuition. More

Saved vacation !!! While traveling through the area of Morganton NC the transmission in our 2001 F350 failed. The service department was able to locate a rebuilt transmi While traveling through the area of Morganton NC the transmission in our 2001 F350 failed. The service department was able to locate a rebuilt transmission and had us back on the road in 26 hrs. Saving our vacation and getting us home on time, safely.. I only wised they were closer to where we live. I would go there for all my Ford service work. More
