Awesome customer service! Steven was so nice,,,,, I was taking my Mustang to another dealership and I kept getting the run around. I decided to call the Cloniger dealership to see if they could help m I was taking my Mustang to another dealership and I kept getting the run around. I decided to call the Cloniger dealership to see if they could help me with my problems that the other dealership couldn’t or wouldn’t fix. I had taken my Mustang at least 12 times within the first year that I have owned it and they still didn’t fix my problems. Not only did they try to get me to pay for a part they broke, they also didn’t want to seem to give me a loaner car when I had bought an extended warranty that guarantees me a loaner. They also made me feel like I was an idiot. When I called Steven at Cloniger he told me right away what was wrong with it and he gave me a new loaner car. He also had them check other things on my car to make sure it didn’t need anything else done. I have bought three other cars from Cloniger and I should have bought my Mustang from them in the first place. Thank you Steven for making me feel like I could trust you guys to get it right the first time. More
