My appointment was at 11am and I left at 3:20PM. I scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation for my ford bronco, I do not believe they rotated all 5. I figured it would be about 1-2 hours based on the people in front of me. 2 hours had then passed so I started asking for someone to check on my car for me, 3 of the 5 people I asked to check on my car for me never returned. 1 of them said "they are finishing the paperwork" but this was about 1.5 hours before I left. The final person that actually helped me had only been employed for 2.5 months. I spoke to my service rep who I only saw when I was leaving and he told me this one is on us and the next one. I also discovered a dent in my door but it was too late to call back because it was Christmas weekend. I later visited the service dept. about the dent and they said they would look at the footage and call me. I still have not been called. So not only did I wait four hours I also received a dent with my visit, I will not be returning. More
Waiting for my GAP. insurance refund from this dealership. Should’ve gotten it a week ago. I call and they either give me the runaround or come up with some lie about h insurance refund from this dealership. Should’ve gotten it a week ago. The GAP insurance has already processed my refund and sent it to this dealership. This place should be shut down for fraud! Look at their BBB ratings! (D). More
From the management to the service department, this dealership is the absolute worst. xxxx poor repairs and no responsibility for mistakes. I was able to deal with Nathan and the service manager great guys and they worked out a great deal for us, they went above and beyond. The finance manager was awesome too, he got us a great rate and a ext great guys and they worked out a great deal for us, they went above and beyond. The finance manager was awesome too, he got us a great rate and a extended warranty at a great price. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend Colinger Ford. Man you guys Rock! More

I wanted to use there quick lane service for my wife’s 2021 edge. And I greeted by a couple of young fellows and was informed that you now have to schedule an appointment. Having said that I will never ever use Cloniger ford ever again for any of my service needs it appears it does not matter to this dealership about any problems,such as repeat customers that have been using them for years for service. So Randy Marion Ford in Statesville is the best dealership for service by far. Which I use from now own. More
I took my 2013 Ford Flex AWD EB in for a factory recall on the rear toe link. I could not pick my vehicle up until the next day. I arrived early this morning and to my surprise I find that they left my ve on the rear toe link. I could not pick my vehicle up until the next day. I arrived early this morning and to my surprise I find that they left my vehicle UNLOCKED overnight with the key fob inside. I called to speak to the service manager and got no apology, only, "I will have to check with the technician who worked on your vehicle.". This service manager could not have been more smug or uncaring. I made a comment of "someone could have stolen my vehicle last night or gotten under the hood and tampered with it" His reply, "Well thank goodness they didn't". I can't make this stuff up. Now my vehicle is throwing a code of 'low engine oil pressure', not even a mile from the the dealership. It has never thrown a code like this before....now, I have all kinds of beeping going on. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to cloninger Ford. Take it to an independent auto repair place. I do not, I repeat do not recommend taking any vehicle to cloninger Ford. . More
