I had a very bad experience with Cloninger Ford in the past and was reluctant to even venture back there. Service is not fast. Not cheap. Not very good. No one seems to give a s***. Staff is dressed like high schoolers. No sense of urgency to get your car serviced quickly and returned to you. Even though the mechanism wasn’t working it was still very easy to get the fuel door open with a gentle pull. Instead, the techs thought that they had to pry it open and now I have two very noticeable paint chips around the fuel door area. While they said they would take care of it, I still haven’t heard back after almost three weeks of a personal visit and three phone calls to the service department and service manager. More
