I was able to deal with Nathan and the service manager great guys and they worked out a great deal for us, they went above and beyond. The finance manager was awesome too, he got us a great rate and a ext great guys and they worked out a great deal for us, they went above and beyond. I wanted to use there quick lane service for my wife’s 2021 edge. And I greeted by a couple of young fellows and was informed that you now have to schedule an appointment. I took my 2013 Ford Flex AWD EB in for a factory recall on the rear toe link. I could not pick my vehicle up until the next day. I arrived early this morning and to my surprise I find that they left my ve on the rear toe link. I could not pick my vehicle up until the next day. I arrived early this morning and to my surprise I find that they left my vehicle UNLOCKED overnight with the key fob inside. I called to speak to the service manager and got no apology, only, "I will have to check with the technician who worked on your vehicle.". This service manager could not have been more smug or uncaring. I made a comment of "someone could have stolen my vehicle last night or gotten under the hood and tampered with it" His reply, "Well thank goodness they didn't". I can't make this stuff up. Now my vehicle is throwing a code of 'low engine oil pressure', not even a mile from the the dealership. It has never thrown a code like this before....now, I have all kinds of beeping going on. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to cloninger Ford. Take it to an independent auto repair place. I do not, I repeat do not recommend taking any vehicle to cloninger Ford. . More
