Ruben was a great service advisor but the one issue I had was he did not mention to me that an oil change and the other services I was going to have done was going to be well over $900. Jim the manager was a was he did not mention to me that an oil change and the other services I was going to have done was going to be well over $900. Jim the manager was a great help as I had a bunch of issues I was not happy about. To keep me as a customer he should have taken off more discounts on the labor as my bill was $1300 and $1000 of it was labor. Which I would be fine with but my car sat at the dealership for around 3-4 days without getting any work done or updates on it. The dealership’s communication between departments and employees is a solid 0 out of 5 and I would be embarrassed if I worked for this dealership. If I had known my car was not going to get anything done to it until 3 days later when I scheduled my appointment I would of just scheduled it 3 days later.. All in all I would have liked to see a better discount for the labor costs on my bill and better communication between the employees in the service department. More
The guy in service is unfortunately just the messenger, so my bad experience and feelings in no way reflect on him. I would never recommend anyone go to ford period, for repairs or to purchase. F. O. They lie and say they’ll call back and give you a waste of time 1-800 number that don’t care about keeping a decades long ford customer. They have lost me and my whole household as a faithful, loyal customer. The 2018 expedition should be recalled for too many reasons to list. I’m very upset and disappointed and disrespected by the lack of quality and concern and over the top repair costs for THEIR inferior product. Never again will this happen to me. Buy AMERICAN? Nope. Took my F-150 to have trailer brakes installed and all my items that were in my center console was thrown in the back seat along with my radar detector that was mounted on windshield. Suction mount was comp items that were in my center console was thrown in the back seat along with my radar detector that was mounted on windshield. Suction mount was completely broke from where they tried just ripping it off instead of pulling tab to break suction. was never notified that it was broken until i went to put back on windshield i notced. had someone call and ask about my experience and i told them what had happened and they said i would receive another call from the service manager and never heard anything. please do not take your car to this dealership for any kind of service. More
