Took my F-150 to have trailer brakes installed and all my items that were in my center console was thrown in the back seat along with my radar detector that was mounted on windshield. Suction mount was comp items that were in my center console was thrown in the back seat along with my radar detector that was mounted on windshield. Suction mount was completely broke from where they tried just ripping it off instead of pulling tab to break suction. was never notified that it was broken until i went to put back on windshield i notced. had someone call and ask about my experience and i told them what had happened and they said i would receive another call from the service manager and never heard anything. please do not take your car to this dealership for any kind of service. My appointment was at 11am and I left at 3:20PM. I scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation for my ford bronco, I do not believe they rotated all 5. I figured it would be about 1-2 hours based on the people in front of me. 2 hours had then passed so I started asking for someone to check on my car for me, 3 of the 5 people I asked to check on my car for me never returned. 1 of them said "they are finishing the paperwork" but this was about 1.5 hours before I left. The final person that actually helped me had only been employed for 2.5 months. I spoke to my service rep who I only saw when I was leaving and he told me this one is on us and the next one. I also discovered a dent in my door but it was too late to call back because it was Christmas weekend. I later visited the service dept. about the dent and they said they would look at the footage and call me. I still have not been called. So not only did I wait four hours I also received a dent with my visit, I will not be returning. More
