2012 CRV Service We've been dealing with Clinton Honda for the past 20 years. (I don't know where the time's gone). Have bought 3 CR-vs from them over the years and each one has been extremely reliable. We've also had exceptional good luck dealing with the Clinton Honda Service Department, and especially with Debb Skelton. Debb is not only an extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable member of the service team, she's become a friend through our dealings with Clinton Honda. We're very grateful to her for all she's done for us over the years. I would highly recommend Clinton Honda for a new car, a used car and for their stellar service department. More

Poor service Purchased 4 tires for my 2014 Pilot with the 1 year warranty for road hazards in February 2017 and unfortunately blew a sidewall when I hit a screwdri Purchased 4 tires for my 2014 Pilot with the 1 year warranty for road hazards in February 2017 and unfortunately blew a sidewall when I hit a screwdriver left in the road. Tires were 3 months out of warranty so I came in to purchase a new one. I had an appointment but waited 3 hours. When I asked why it took so long I kept getting excuses. Finally demanded to see someone in management and was ask by him why I waited so long to check on the car. REALLY? I checked multiple times. Now I just blew the same tire and it's only 5 months old. I called and asked about the warranty but was told because I didn't buy all 4 at once there was no warranty. Service person on the phone was very rude and I am sorry I didn't get her name.I went someplace else to replace it where they told me that Clinton Honda didn't even replace it with the same tire causing uneven wear to the other tires. So disappointed in them. I have had all my service from them since I bought the car there new in 2014 and each time I have been in the last year I have been so disappointed. I will not be going back. More

noise I brought in my 2018 CRV because of a noise in the front left section of the car. The person I talked to was very professional , knowledgeable and polite. The car was fixed, apparently the strut was lose. I was informed the The technician tighten same. There was no charge and the consultant directed me to my car .. I was very satisfied. I miss going to my old mechanic because if I had let on to him about a problem like this he would of had me stop by for a quick look insuring it was safe. I had to pull the tire off and look for myself to insure nothing was obviously busted so I could use it with some comfort. My experience with a car under warranty is to stay with the dealer as they are more knowledgeable of the the vehicle .Michelle is the kind of person any business would be lucky to have on staff. More
