I have not gone to another facility because I am completely satisfied with Clinton's facility. The work performed is of the highest quality. The service desk staff raises the bar on customer service. I always feel as if I am working with family while at Clinton. This is obvious with other customers, also. More

When I arrived for the appointment, Joseph greeted me, filled out the paperwork and I waited in the pleasant waiting area. The car was done 5 minutes earlier than expected. Great service! More

High praise for service, not so much for sales My recommendation pertains to the service department ONLY, I have had very good experience with the service department, particularly Mr. Brian Coll My recommendation pertains to the service department ONLY, I have had very good experience with the service department, particularly Mr. Brian Collinge, who earlier this year discovered that a component was covered under warranty, and was instrumental in extinguishing a warning light that had annoyed me for years. Mr. Collinge has overseen three repairs for my car, and although the cost was high, I think that the work was done well. The most recent repair was completed too recently for me to render a final opinion, but so far I am pleased. Were I selecting stars based on the service department only I would have given it a 5 start rating. However, my most recent experience with sales earlier this year (not the same auto to which I referred in my comments above about service), was an education in caveat emptor. I shall be much more wary in the future. More
