From Honda, I had expected something more: - this was my 2nd recall for my car which was purchased year and half ago. I appreciate that Honda fixed both the issues, but as a customer I had to take extra time and come there twice, for that reason Honda could have at least cleaned the car intereor and extereor or given some coupon so that customer can get the car cleaned. Again Michelle did worderful job, my complain is for Honda itself. More

Battery problem I bought a 2016 CR-V on Dec 31, 2018 and the battery died twice - luckily in my driveway both times. I brought my car in to have it checked. They took my car right away, tested the battery, saw there was a problem and replaced it. My car was off warranty but he used a coupon and did everything possible to keep the price down. It was a very good experience. More

Evan after moving from NJ to PA I still come back to buy new vehicles and bring them in for service. When I have an issue with a vehicle they have always documented my concerns and followed up on my questions. I have had few issues over the last two decades, but one of the primary why this is my dealer is that they have addressed those issues promptly, throughly and have followed up to make sure they have been resolved. Kaitlyn Sackett did a good job of following up on one of my concerns on my last visit and took the time to sit with me with the information she had gathered. Kudos to her. And even though I was not working directly with her on this last visit, Debb Skelton took the time to greet me and ask about my family. Good people. More
