I recently had to have my transmission replaced and was hesitant about going to a dealership for service. My last two experiences with a Honda dealership were horrible. From my first phone call to Clinton hesitant about going to a dealership for service. My last two experiences with a Honda dealership were horrible. From my first phone call to Clinton Honda up to picking up my repaired Honda, the service staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. My service advisor Joe E. was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my repair work. There were no surprise charges when I picked up my car. Even the loaner car was a pleasant surprise when I was given a 2019 Accord. Because of Joe and the staff and the quality repair work, I will recommend Clinton Honda to anyone who needs Honda repair work. They are now my preferred Honda Dealership. Thank you. Sam M. More

Explained I have 2003 Acura 302CL -S. I needs lots done to keep may car safe and in good operating order. My Service Tech, Debb Skelton was fabulous. Explained everything and prioritized my repairs in order of most important and repairs that logically should be done together. I will be scheduling the balance to be done soon. They fit me in right away I drive a lot for work, so whenever I get any of the display alerts, I always try to take care of it right away. Friendly and helpful service Joseph came out to meet me with a tablet that had my name and vehicle already loaded, so the check-in experience was seamless and fast. The diagnostic of the problem took a short time and the solution to my issue (tires) was offered in a prompt and courteous manner. Once i authorized the work to be done, I waited in the very comfortable waiting room with fast, free wi-fi (which allowed me to work) good coffee options and a surface where I can place my laptop (which of course had charging outlets.) To top it all off, Clinton Honda had a sale on tires (4 for the price of 3) so I ended up saving some money too. More
