Firstly, we were never greeted by a staff when we walked in and had to wait for a while before somebody approached us. Also, for the very first time, we have seen a salesman trying to sell a cheaper car when we have expressed clear interest in a higher trim model. Not sure if there was a profiling involved or not. He behaved as if he was doing us a favor and we were troubling him by trying to buy a car from the dealer. Test-ride was one of the shortest one I had exprienced.
