After phone conversations with Mr. John Killian I decided to pursue this dealership even though I am 100+ miles away, Manahawkin, NJ. During our discussions, the Clinton/Honda reps treated my situation and distance with upmost sincerity and I appreciated the many steps taken on the telephone. This included, inventory availability, vehicle description, bottom price, finance options and immediate follow-up. I basically bought the Honda Ridgeline unseen. I did compare price with some local dealerships and realized Clinton Honda was the best value by a significant margin. I arrived and was behind the wheel of a 2012 Honda Ridgeline/S in about an hour. At the time of our first conversation, I was struggling to decide whether to buy a 2013 Ford Escape or a 2013 Honda CR-V. After phoning several other Honda and Ford dealerships in my area, it became clear that Bill had put his best offer on the table right out of the gate. None of the other salesmen/women I spoke to beat it with their first pitches. That really resonated with me and is a big part of the reason I ultimately decided to buy a CR-V at Clinton Honda. More

He was compassionate to my situation; being a hurricane sandy victim he assured me that he would do anything and everything to ensure that i was comfortable not only with my payments, he took the time to go back to the drawing board on several occasions to ensure that my upmost satisfaction was a top priority; how many people in any line of work do that?!? It was such a pleasure to deal with Mr. Killian that in a way im sad to wait another 3 years to lease another car from him. I would recommend anyone to Clinton Honda and especially to Mr. John Killian, a truly genuine person that loves what he does and takes pride in his profession.
