I returned to Clinton Honda as a past customer who had previously leased 2 vehicles from a sales rep who is no longer employed at the dealership. The process was long and arduous and I really didn't feel like being a loyal customer came into consideration for any apsect of the process. I wound up buying a FORD and consequently they took care of my lease turn and gave me and exceptional deal. More

The price Tom gave was the price I bought the car at 5 weeks later. He was extremely helpful, easy to contact and always returned calls. Upon arriving at the dealership I was assigned to Paul Riga, sales professional. Paul is a great guy to deal with! The explanation of costs, financing, options was straightforward and easy to understand. They were able to contact the wholesaler to get me more on my trade and that's what sealed the deal. I had purchased 5 Honda's in the past from a dealer in Princeton and they could not even come close to the professionalism that Clinton Honda exhibated. Their internet sales could not get the models and prices correct, the paperwork was not as clear cut, it was hard to figure out what I actually would be paying, they lowballed the trade, they kept talking about keeping loyal customers but didn't deliver. At the conclusion of the sale I met with Maureen Walters, Finance Officer. There was no pressure to buy other options, just explanations of options I could avail myself of. Maureen was oustanding and offered me a modified warranty at a discounted price which I took advantage of. In summation, this was the most enjoyable auto purchase that I have ever had. Clinton Honda is a fantastic place to do business with. I will not hesitate to recommend family and freinds to shop there. If their service department is as good as the sales force then clinto Honda will have a customer for life! More
