The Honda Pilot I purchased in Jan of 2011 turned out to be a "lemon" and I was afraid I would have trouble with the dealership and have to seek legal action through the New Jersey Lemon Law. My interactions with the Clinton Honda sevice department (Mark Dania), sales department (Todd Liberto) and management (John Killian) were very pleasent and professional. They were understanding of the issue we were having and did everything in their power to resolve the issue. We were not looking for our money back so we could go purchase another car from another dealer we just didn't want to keep a car that clearly had quality issues. Excellent Service, Professional respect to the customers and above all THERE WAS NO SALES PITCH AND PRESSURE. The price was initially quoted when I requested on INTERNET. I was amazed to see that they valued their commitment. They had NEVER shown any inclination to change their quoted price. THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR ME TO CONTINUE NEGOTIATION WITH THEM. LIKE previous car dealers, I did not need to wait for the salesman to call his/her manager and the Manager talks all unnecessary topics and finally refuse for what we asked for, etc..... The salesman in this dealer was very professional, and the final decision to buy was left for me with no pressure. I took almost two days and I NEVER GOT ANY CALLS from the dealer asking about my decesions. I asked for a reduction of $300 from the final price, but was refused by the dealer. It was a NO BIG DEAL when I compared to the gain. More

Great experiences to work with Steven when we wanted to lease another Odyssey as old lease expired.
