First of all, the product speaks for itself. I purchased a Honda because of my experience with a 2002 Odyssey, still going strong at ~235,000 miles. However, I purchased at Clinton Honda because of Charlie Bippart's integrity, service and fair price. In the end, Clinton Honda gave me a price that was at least equal to less scrupulous competitors. Besides, I owe Charlie for graciously refunding my earlier $500 deposit on a used car. So far I am loving my new 2012 CR-V; it handles great and on the first tank of gas got 28 mpg mixed highway, some city driving. Best to Charlie and many future sales! More

Altogether, if i buy another used honda, i would drive an hour and a half again because of how good i was treated, i live just outside philly. Went in to replace my wife's RAV4 coming off lease and really liked new 2012 CRV and got a good deal. While there noticed the new 2012 Civic and saw some great deals. The deal on the Civic was too good to pass up and I went for it. Charlie was great to work with and so was the manager and financial person I dealt with. No games. Everything they stated was in he contract. No extras, no catches. Treated very professionally. I actually got the Civic already and waiting for the CRV to arrive. They made a truly fair deal and it was unlike any dealer experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. You can't go wrong with them. Scott seemed young for a salesperson, but he was a total professional. They don't jerk you around for 3 hours to get a deal done. If you show up and know what you want to buy and what you want to pay, they'll either tell you straight up if they can't do it, or your deal will be done quickly. They didn't do the hard sell on all of the extras. They told me about all of them and I chose the one I wanted. It was low pressure and very professional. So the next day I went to see it totally fell in love with it. The financial problem was that I had no money down well alittle see i used all my money that i saved to pay off all my bills.4 years divorsed and I paid all bills off in full. so the accounts that I closed.kind of hurt me to buy the van no one wanted to give me a loan.but finally Honda did Ralph and Scott were very patient understanding and totally worked with me and my budget.
