It was my first time buying a new car, and Ryan Jones provided an exemplary experience at Clinton Honda. While other dealerships I had visited while researching and comparing models had tried to pressure provided an exemplary experience at Clinton Honda. While other dealerships I had visited while researching and comparing models had tried to pressure me into committing to their model, Ryan was kind and patient while we checked out the Honda Fit. After a hassle free test drive, we worked the numbers and it became apparent that the Fit might not be in my budget. Not only did Ryan see if he could do anything to resolve the issue and make it slightly more affordable, but he also showed me numbers for a different Honda model that this week was a comparable price to the Fit. Although I wasn't interested in the other model, I liked how it gave me the ability to keep my options open and potentially get a "better" car at a similar price. I was uncertain as to which color Fit I wanted, so Ryan even allowed us to drive down to their secondary lot and compare the models they had in stock. Beyond that, Ryan was extra patient when we asked him if we could take the car off the lot that night. He worked with us to make it a reality. Overall, I would highly recommend Ryan Jones (and Clinton Honda as a whole) for an enjoyable car buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles while also presenting a laid back approach which I thoroughly enjoyed. I will certainly consider Clinton Honda for any potential future Honda purchases I may make. More

I received a recall notice and went online to find a Honda dealer with a good service record since this is the first time that I've needed service. Clinton Honda had a good rating and was near my daugh Honda dealer with a good service record since this is the first time that I've needed service. Clinton Honda had a good rating and was near my daughter's residence in NJ where I was visiting for the holidays. It was extremely easy making the appointment and I was given a wide choice of days and times. I was "blown away" by the friendliness and helpfulness of Anthony Colucci, our service representive: he fully explained the recall and how important it was to get the work done; he led us to the Waiting Area which was by far the nicest I had ever encountered, fully stocked with premium blend coffee selections, hot chocolate, a complete hot tea selection, plus refrigerated items like a variety of juices, chocolate milk, and diet and regular soft drinks. We were given a copy of the daily newspaper to read! They also offered comfortable chairs, a flat screen TV, and FREE Whyfi. Mr. Colucci gave us an estimate of approximately how long we would have to wait for the service to be completed and he was "spot on" with his estimate. As a "senior citizen", I was having difficulty trying to set up the car's Bluetooth system with my telephone. Mr. Colucci told me that at the Clinton Honda dealership, the salespeople normally helped the customer set up the system when the car was purchased. He understood my "helplessness" and took the extra two minutes and "paired" my phone with the car's system. I feel this was totally above and beyond the call of duty. While he was doing this he explained the Express Service concept and said I could come in and get an oil change WITH NO APPOINTMENT. I can honestly say I have never had a more positive experience with a service department and I will absolutely schedule my regular service at the Clinton Honda dealership. More

The whole facility is clean, neat, organized, quiet, and efficient. Each time I buy a new car, I compare dealerships very carefully...how I'm treated and my long-term relationship with them is very important to me. I know I can buy the same vehicle anywhere, and a lot closer to where I live; but for me, the actual purchase of the car is just one part of a bigger picture. If I feel I could work in an establishment that I'm making a major purchase from, that's a good sign. Clinton Honda once again gets my vote for being the best automotive dealership...anywhere! More
