My husband found the 2008 GMC Acadia I was looking for at Clinton Honda on the internet. After a few phone calls I was on a 5 hour journey from Rochester, New York to take a look at what was to be the exact Clinton Honda on the internet. After a few phone calls I was on a 5 hour journey from Rochester, New York to take a look at what was to be the exact vehicle I had been looking 4 months for. Steve was a pleasure to work with. I have bought many cars over the past 40 years and this was one of the easiest buying experiences. There was no pressure to buy and I know Steve spent the better part of his day working with me and ensuring all the paperwork was complete. I was able to get the price I had in mind for the car I was trading in. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience. I realized within 2 hours of my drive back to Rochester how easy the purchase was and how much I LOVE the vehicle I bought. The only regret I have is not being able to take advantage of the Service Department in the future. More

Katrina is a great sales person!! She is very low pressure and really cared about providing us with a positive experience. We visited 2 other Honda dealers and felt like we were being "sold" and pre pressure and really cared about providing us with a positive experience. I have been going to Clinton Honda for service on my 04 Accord for the past 7 years and their team provides exceptional customer service and really takes care of me and my car. I had emailed 5 dealerships to obtain quotes and Tom W. was very responsive and also provided a competitive price. When we went into the dealership to purchase the car, the process was smooth since all price discussions had been finalized via email. I made a phone call to Tom Winnicky on Thursday, 5/26/11, responding to a promotional letter advising me that our lease was coming due and there was a good chance that if certain criteria were met, he would responding to a promotional letter advising me that our lease was coming due and there was a good chance that if certain criteria were met, he would be able to pay off the balance of our current lease and put us into a new lease with no cash out of pocket. I saw Tom on Friday morning at about 9:15 A.M. and sometime before noon my wife drove away from Clinton Honda in a new CRV with a big smile on her face. Tom, Steve and Greg were the height of courteous, caring service. Between cars, I always forget about the progidious quantity of paperwork necessary to finalize a deal but Greg even made that as pleasant as humanly possible. All of my purchase experiences should be as enjoyable and efficient as the one we just went thru at Clinton Honda. More
Saw a car listed by this dealer on the internet. Made apt to see car. First noted car did not have the features it listed on the internet. Told that I was wrong. I still considered car. Then they told me that I was wrong on the financing they showed on the internet. I made them pull it up and honor it. Then my husband called me to tell me that their internet sales manager had sent me an e-mail offering me a NEW car with all the features that I had seen for 2K less than what they were trying to sell me a used car with lesser features for. At that point I could not consider ever doing business with them. I just given them a 1K deposit on my credit card. Then they tell me that they can't refund the 1K until Monday (3 days later) because the only person who can do it went home for the day. It took them an entire week and two irate phone calls to get the money back. Go anywhere else to buy a car. They took bait and switch to a whole new level. And the salesman is Mr. good guy. Everytime he gets caught in a lie he brings in a manager to take the heat. I had previously leased a car for my son at this dealership. I will never do any business with them again. His lease is up in a few months. I can't wait to finish my last contact with these thieves. More
