Before I came in I sent an internet inquiry about a car that I wanted. Greg was prompt in his responses and gave me a great price before I even stepped foot in the door. When I got to the dealership on saturday Ryan was there to help me out, however, the car I wanted was a manual when I had asked for an automatic. Greg apologized for the inconvenience. Ryan told me he will locate the car I want and have it delivered to the dealership. He said possibly Tuesday I should have the car. They did have trouble finding the car so it wasn't until Friday I was able to pick up the car. We had a 5:30 appointment and Ryan asked us to come in at 6:30. When we got to the dealership we waiting until 7:30 and when we asked how long will the wait be they politely told us we probebly won't be able to get you out until 9:30. Keep in mind it was the last day of the month. We asked if we can come in tomorrow and they accomodated us. When we got there on saturday Ryan was not in but Robert got all our paperwork together for us and Bill Butler gave us the tour of the facility and showed us everything in the car and how everything works. For our inconvenience Clinton Honda said the first oil change was on them which was very nice of them. Despite the minor issues we had Clinton Honda and their staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I love my new honda and I'm looking forward to bringing it to their service department in the future. More

I had a wonderful experience with Bill. I had lost my car in the hurricane and was unsure of what kind of car to buy. My sister suggested that I come to Clinton Honda because of Bill and how much he had help in the hurricane and was unsure of what kind of car to buy. After I test drove the Odyssey I was impressed with the way the car handled. I decided to buy the car and Bill helped me with all the paper work. He was extremely helpful in explaining the features the car offered and the warranties that I could get. Again he never pressured me into buying anything I did not want. He took the time to show me where the service department was and how express service worked. When I have to purchase my next car I will be coming back to Clinton Honda because of Bill Bulter.
