I purchased my first Honda a 2007 CRV from Clinton Honda and was never as happy with an auto dealer as I was with Clinton Honda. I dealt with Charlie Bippart & Anthony LaBarca the both of them made the purchase very enjoyable. When my '07 CRV needed service, I felt it was worth my time & money to make the almost 40 minute ride to Clinton Honda I never let anyone else touch my car for any service needed. Upon driving up, the Clinton Honda facility gave us the impression of being well presented and efficiently managed. From seeing friend's CR-V's we were leaning toward that model. He patiently explained, brought various color scheme models for viewing,answered all our questions and never once displayed any tendency to rush the process. We stated our intent to comparison shop and asked for a detailed offering. Upon our return,a few days later, he treated us with the same outstanding attitude and respect. We were thus sold that CR-V was the right car and Clinton Honda was the right location. In a couple of days we happily drove off in our new Honda. By far, the most pleasant car buying/lease experience in my life. I have leased/owned over 30 vehicles in the past 30 years - everything model/make imaginable - except a Honda. Within 45 minutes we had settled on a vehicle of our choice, vehicle of choice of color, trim, features, etc. 15 minutes later, we negotiated a fair deal, 30 minutes later, our paperwork was processed, 2 hours later, I drove home in a new 2012 Honda Civic EX. Judy was incredibly knowledgable about the brand and specific model, a very nice person to deal with to boot.
