Anthony was extremely friendly and provided us with the needed information to purchase our 2013 Honda Odyssey. He provided us with initial information about the vehicle and about my trade prior to my arrivial. This made the car buying experience simple and streamlined. Anthony gave us time to decide on the vehicle that we wanted with desired options and additions. He had superb knowledge of the vehicle and was able to answer any technical, mechanical or cosmetic feature questions about the vehicle. Anthony also spent time with us setting up our blue tooth features as well as a final "quality check" upon delivery of the vehicle. This was my first visit to the Honda Certified dealership in Clinton and I was very pleased with the service and the Certified Honda that I ended up buying. I went to the dealership with my daughter to purch in Clinton and I was very pleased with the service and the Certified Honda that I ended up buying. I went to the dealership with my daughter to purchase her first vehicle and we were teamed up with Ken Steel. From the start of our conversation, Ken focused on both of our needs - the shiney certified Honda that would change my daughter's life, as well as the father's concerns for the safe and reliable transportation of his loved family member. Ken could not have been more understanding of both needs and handled the entire transaction with care and professionalism. During all aspects of the discussions, and numerous test drives with both mother and daughter, Ken was patient and respectful. Ken also provided me with all of the technical information that I needed to make my decision. Additionally, everyone at the dealership was extrememly friendly and helpful throughout this period, especially the sales manager, Mike, and the finance/purchase coordinator, Patrick.
