I just stopped in start the process of replacing my 12 year old Honda Accord. Judy greeted me when I walked in and offered her help. We talked for a few minutes so she could determine what I wanted. Best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. Was able to get a quote via e-mail before coming into the dealership. Test drive was scheduled at my convenience. My salesperson, Judy, was very knowledgable about the CRV I was taking for a drive. She explained all of the functions and answered all of my questions. The color I wanted to purchase was not in stock; but was acquired very quickly. For the first time I did not feel like I was getting ripped off during the financing process. Anthony took the time to explain all of the options and the payment impact. When I went out to my new car, Judy had me check everything out and went over all of the gizmos again. I got a call from her the next day to see how I liked the vehicle. Though I did not purchase my Civic at Clinton Honda I have been bringing it there for service. Everyone is curtious and knowledgable; and there are no surprises when I come to pick up the car. So I know that I can expect to receive the same quality service on my new CRV. About a week after I purchased the my new vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you card and a tin of cookies (I had never gotten one of these from a dealership before).
