Personal letter from Scott making sure we were happy. Then, a box of cookies from him 3 weeks AFTER we bought the car! Totally unexpected and very appreciated. They made a truly fair deal and it was unlike any dealer experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. You can't go wrong with them. Scott seemed young for a salesperson, but he was a total professional. They don't jerk you around for 3 hours to get a deal done. If you show up and know what you want to buy and what you want to pay, they'll either tell you straight up if they can't do it, or your deal will be done quickly. They didn't do the hard sell on all of the extras. They told me about all of them and I chose the one I wanted. It was low pressure and very professional. We left with a wonderful certified CRV and my wife loves it. Thank you Scott and all in the sales department! PS. They had pizza and my little girl loved it! More
Scott and Ralph went above and beyond to help me with purchasing my new van.I first looked at a 2003 but was not happy with the note about the transmission.Scott was very understanding and I told him I w purchasing my new van.I first looked at a 2003 but was not happy with the note about the transmission.Scott was very understanding and I told him I wanted the 2007 instead certified used.The day I was going to look at the van and maybe purchase it,my friend died.So again Scott was very understanding told me take my time the money I put down to hold the van was fine,the 2007 van was not going anywhere. So the next day I went to see it totally fell in love with it. The financial problem was that I had no money down well alittle see i used all my money that i saved to pay off all my bills.4 years divorsed and I paid all bills off in full. so the accounts that I closed.kind of hurt me to buy the van no one wanted to give me a loan.but finally Honda did Ralph and Scott were very patient understanding and totally worked with me and my budget. Scott told me Honda came throught for me and i got the van.very very nice understanding very patient. I am telling all my friends if you need a car go see Scott at Honda. He works with you not against you. when my daughter is of age to drive which is in 4 years we going to honda. Scott explained everything about the van not just to me but to my mom and daughter. I was not looking forward to buying a car, but Judy made the experience as pleasant as it could be. She gave plenty of eye contact when going over prices, which shows confidence and comfortableness with th the experience as pleasant as it could be. Nobody likes the car buying experience, it is stressful, a hassle, and most sales people are pushy and could care less about you, the customer. Not Paul Riga, Paul was friendly, answered our questions, got us the keys and a gas voucher so we could test drive the car we were interested in, and not once did he pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. When we told him we were interested in the car, he asked a few questions, asked us what we liked about it, he was interested in making us happy, not acting like he was looking for his next paycheck. He then went to his boss and got us a deal better than we expected. I have already given Paul's name to several friends interested in looking for a new or used car. Thank Paul More

I am a repeat customer of this dealership. I am friends with the former general manager, and it was because of him (Glynn Skybinski) that they have my business. Bob Westervelt and Maureen Walters made me f with the former general manager, and it was because of him (Glynn Skybinski) that they have my business. Bob Westervelt and Maureen Walters made me feel extremly comfortable. I even had a special request that was eagerly fufilled. I especially enjoy the low pressure sales and willingness to work with the customer. I have and will continue to recommend this dealrship to friends and family. I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership and I am much closer to at least 3 other Honda dealerships, but make it a point to drive up there when I need a car.
