Fantastic experience!! I've had every kind of car imaginable, but never a Honda...until now. Walked in to this dealer and felt right at home, from the refrigerator stacked with drinks on the way in imaginable, but never a Honda...until now. Oh, and the car (Crosstour) is wicked cool! Bill is a really nice and knowledgable guy - you can tell (I'm a former journalist and have an eye for these things...lol) he's as forthright as they come. I've never had anyone spend as long to make sure I understood every aspect of this car. And, for the most part, I got what I wanted on the trade ins. (I had two) Oh, and while I was in the waiting area, the general manager of the dealership had a long chat with me to get my opinions on the dealer, my trade-ins, the car...very pleasant experience.
