I have purchased few vehicles in US so far and I am familiar with the process. Judy did a fantastic job in making the process hassle free. I pursued two vehicles (new and used) at Clinton Honda with her help and she did not push one over the other, she presented both the vehicles at the best possible price and left the decision to me. This is exactly that a consumer looks in a sales person, professionalism and honesty. Apart from these main aspects, which made me to buy the vehicle from Clinton Honda, she has been very friendly, patient, and informative about lot of questions that I asked her. We recently purchased our first Honda from Clinton Honda. It was a very pleasant buying experience. We were in the market for a used Honda Pilot. We tried to stay local(we live in the Poconos)but didn't ha It was a very pleasant buying experience. We were in the market for a used Honda Pilot. We tried to stay local(we live in the Poconos)but didn't have any success with our local Honda dealer. We found our 09 Pilot online and our sales person Scott Dysart couldn't have been better. Scott answered all my emails in a timely manner and even contacted us via email or texts on his day off. Buying our car was a no pressure no hassle experience at Clinton Honda. We told Scott what other dealers had offered us for our trade and where we were hoping to be with our monthly payment. There was none of that going back and fourth between sales person and sales manager. They gave us what we were asking for our trade, as well as meeting our monthly payment right away. Ralph Spinoza was able to find us a better interest rate than we were first quoted so our monthly payment actually turned out to be lower than we were expecting when we took delivery. We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time; a used Nissan Murano and a 2012 Honda Fit. Our salesperson was Judy Meier. This was a great experience overall, but unfortunately, it took way longer than we wer Murano and a 2012 Honda Fit. Our salesperson was Judy Meier. This was a great experience overall, but unfortunately, it took way longer than we were told to finalize the sale. We met with Nelson Neria (the Sale Manager) on Saturday who told us that we would be "in and out in 45 minutes to an hour". My husband left work during his lunch hour for our appointment @ 12 noon on Monday and we didn't get out until close to 2 PM. This was due to the fact that there was only one finance person available (Ralph Spinoza) to handle the closing paperwork. The people ahead of us had arrived late for their appointment and we had to wait until their deal was finalized. We realize that this was NOT a refection on Judy or Ralph who were very professional and great to deal with. They both did everything they could to move things along (including having my husband leave earlier to get back to work). We were NOT financing either vehicle since we paid cash so having to wait as long as we did got a bit frustrating. From a staffing perspective, there should be more than one person trained & available to close out deals. More
