My wife and I drove up from Yardley PA to Honda Clinton to look at a specific pre-owned car with 3 row seating to replace our 2002 Envoy XL. Sean met us and our took his time showing us not only the car w to look at a specific pre-owned car with 3 row seating to replace our 2002 Envoy XL. He was very patient and gracious as we asked numerous questions and took multiple test drive, even as we had our 11 and 8 year old kids jumping in an out of different cars on a very hot day. At no time did we feel pressured or like we were being steered in a certain direction. We eventually looked at a pre-owned touring Pilot and we liked what we saw. We then told him we would like to look at new ones. Sean without hesitation took us to the new car dealership and showed us the different models and explained the features on the 2012s. Given they did not have the exterior and interior colors and trims Sean was able to secure the exact model we wanted from another dealer and had the car ready for us in less than a week. Since the sale Sean has followed up to see how we were enjoying the car as well as quickly and effectively answering small questions I had on the vehicle's features via e-mail. I was very pleased with the service and attention we got here, especially as compared to other dealers I had gone to in the prior two weeks as we looked at cars. More
