He did not exert pressure on me in making a decision whenever I visited the showroom. However, he did follow up with phone call to see how far apart we are in making the business transaction a reality. It has been a pleasant experience to have Joshua as the salesperson for my recent purchase of 2012 CIVIC sedan with the color that Joshua highly recommended. My experience with Clinton Honda was excellent. We were searching the Internet and dealer lots for a 2010 Traverse for few months until we found the one we were looking for at Clinton Honda. Their internet pricing was the best of anywhere online we could find! I called up and spoke with Charlie Bippart. He was very nice, pleasant to talk to and very helpful. He answered all my questions and set up a "test drive". When my family and I came in we were greeted with a very warm hospitality. They even set my little girls up with chocolate milk and coloring books while we "put the deal together". They were able to appraise my trade in while I was test-driving the new vehicle. I have been in the car business myself for 20 years, including 14 years at dealerships and I can say honestly they gave me a great deal! I got a great price for my trade in, they worked with me a little on the new end and even discounted the price on an extended warranty for up to 100,000 miles. Overall my wife and I can’t be more pleased with our Clinton Honda experience! Hats off to all involved and thanks for making it a great experience. More
