I called another Honda dealership and they had the same car without the remote for $600 less. I called Janet back and let her know we found a car without the remote and would be purchasing it with them. She asked that I hold on while she checked with her manager and came back and said that they would include the remote at no additional charge. We were very happy with that decision and Janet was very informative and helpful explaining all the new technology and setting up our bluetooth. Thanks, Janet, for a great experience. More

Your service manager, although we did not speak to him, took care of all of our concerns on the spot. The showroom was very clean, the receptionists were very nice, the selection was good. As I was leaving, I was looking to say goodbye to Joe, and one of the managers, who was in a meeting with two others, asked if I needed help. That shows the dealership believes in customer service.
