There service waiting area is spacious, has tv, wifi and refreshments. I've recommended Clinton Honda and Hondas in general to everyone looking for a new car. This man has such a winning personality (and very firm handshake) which shows me great integrity. His enthusiasm for Honda products shows in his extensive knowledge of Honda vehicles as well as great concern for his customers. He listens; then he reacts. His ever smiling, pleasant professionalism truly makes him an valuable asset to Clinton Honda. The day I picked up my car he had a new trainee with him, Jim, who followed along in each detail and even did his best to investigate several smaller interests I had picked up on. Under Joe's wing, he will certainly flourish. Patrick Steadman, finance official, presented me with many warranty options, making good and much appreciated suggestions for me. Patrick helped place me into a comfortable financial bracket that I had hoped for. Never pushy, he made me comfortable and applauded my final choices. Though I thought I would be uncomfortable discussing financing my 2014 Civic EX-L, I found that Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. Also another treasured asset of Clinton Honda. If the service department is as wonderful as the front of the house, I expect to be a long time customer. I even shook the hand of the owner, who not only loved my service dog, but my homemade cheesecake as well. Clinton Honda gave me such a good deal by literally saving me thousands, I felt I had to repay them in some small way, so it seemed the most personable thing I could do for such a wonderful staff. We have already purchased a Honda Pilot from Clinton in 2011 and we were extremely happy with the service and the car. We drove to Clinton, NJ from Long Island and right away the team of Mike, Joe, and Patrick bent over backwards to take care of not just my needs but the needs of my wife and two young children. They provided us with beverages and snacks and took time to talk to us all. Joe showed us the Honda Accord and went through the steps of how the blue tooth and other electronic devices work. Patrick was taking care of the business end and was eager to engage in small talk. Overall this was a great experience and we really felt like we got first class service at Clinton Honda.
