I was approached by Charlie Bipart and without any pressure ( which You can just feel in voice of others salespeople) I was ask if I need any help or I prefer just to walk around and look. I asked questions - which were answer with honesty and I start to feel like I can trust this person to help me to buy the car which will be best for me in my situation. I did not feel like a hostage but like a really very important person. Exellent experience - I bought my car in the end of July, I recomended Charlie to friend of mine, she bought her car in November and now I recommended second friend and she is going to buy her car today, and I will recomend Charlie to all my friends who would like to buy a car and feel good about it. Our only issue is that we have had a problem with a vibration of the steering wheel while driving on the highway. Not sure why it was not caught before we received it, but it was during the big power outage and storm. Possibly not caught because they were trying to get the car to us quickly during the storm. We are bringing it in next week so hopefully it will be corrected. We would definitely use Gil Yanishevsky to buy a car and plan on using the dealership for future purchases. More
