As for Greg, he always FYI me what is going on throughout the whole process. He made the process easy for me to follow. And he answered all my questions honestly. That is the value I respect the most. Last but not least, Anthony was very detail oriented. He walked me through the steps the day I came to pick up the car and service department. He also made my 1st service appointment. Again, he answered 2 of my questions honestly. That is what I like. While i was signing the paper work, Anthony moved all my stuffs from my old car to the new car. Who does that! Wow, this is a person who really cares and takes his job to heart. My wife and I bought our 6th car here. This is the first time a Sale Rep made the transition so easy and fast.
