It was the first time we were leasing a car and Joe helped me understand the process tremendously. I was happy with the lease price and the only confusion was the dealership matching the service/maint helped me understand the process tremendously. I was happy with the lease price and the only confusion was the dealership matching the service/maintenance that I was offered with the previous quote, although Joe had atated he would match what they offered and beat their price, I did not get that once I went to complete the paperwork. In addtion I was not made aware about the dispostion fee, which the other dealership told me there was none, considering both leases were under the same Honda Finacne Trust - I do't understand why one dealership tells me there is a charge and the other Honda dealership there is none = very confusing to the ordinary person like me and feel there is no one we can turn too for the right answer. I had an email confirming my lease payments and no more fees. I know next time that it's best to get the quote and all of the small details ironed out before committing. More

Frank Zuzzi was a great salesman to work with. After a few minutes, he seemed to know exactly what my wife and I wanted in a Honda. We initially thought a 2013 model would be the best buy but Frank explained that the 2014's were only a few hundred dollars more Frank .He was very low keyed. He didn't rush us or put any pressure on us to rush to a decision, He helped us in getting a very fair price. He had the car ready as promised with the additional equipment we ordered installed. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership were very friendly and concerned about our satisfaction. I certainly recommend this salesman and dealership to everyone. More

In fact, he went out of his way to explore all the options available to me. After getting to the dealership, I was in good hands with Judy. She went over all the financing options with me, and was extremely articulate and helpful. I felt that I was talking to someone who wanted the best for me, not just the best for the dealership. Finally, Steve went over the specifics of my car and helped me get used to everything. He was extremely friendly and honest, and a pleasure to work with.
