He made us feel right at home and was very helpful. He had us sitting in the car while he went over all of the features. He even set up my wife's phone syncing it up with the blue tooth feature and had her set up voice commands for her most frequently dialed numbers. We got the deal we wanted and left the dealership extremely pleased with the whole experience. We were very happy to have met Joe and the biggest complement I could give is that we will definitely go back when we are ready to lease again and hope that Joe will still be there to help us out.
