Just purchased two cars from Feliks and he delivered everything as promised. Let's face it, buying a car is not one my favorite experiences, but this dealership is all about good service. Talk to Feliks, he'll make it a win-win for you. More

I always feel like I'm getting an honest deal and I always feel like I'm treated with friendly and professional behavior. Feliks was amazing in finding me exactly what I wanted and for a very reasonable price. He even oriented me to the Pilot's new features! Ajay was speedy and professional and explained everything. Besides selling the car, he wanted us to be totally comfortable with the entire experience, especially with the selling price. He gave us a tour of the entire facility and offered us refreshments and even gave us a gift. Also, took our picture to be included on Facebook. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased and the experience. I would recommend Clinton Honda and Joe to friends. More

3 months in still have not received the warranty documentation that sales guy and finance guy told me would arrive within 3 months. typical sales office to get still have not received the warranty documentation that sales guy and finance guy told me would arrive within 3 months. typical sales office to get the deal made and then move on. ugly stuff. get anything and everything in writing. so far, sales gave me the run-around on (1) the supposed free 3 months of satellite radio, which I did not get initially, and then it shut off after two weeks; (2) interior trim clip broke after a few weeks, and service department told me it 'probably' was not covered; and (3) they kept emailing me about additional sales they were having. no way ... no thanks. At the time we were undecided on what vehicle we wanted and were test driving a few different models. Rachel gave us all the facts without the pressure. When we decided on the Pilot, her skills as a salesperson were excellent, and making a deal was a no hassle experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Making the Deal Happen I highly recommend the sales staff over at Clinton Honda. There were a couple of glitches with my Bank Loan terms (in which I secured privately). At o I highly recommend the sales staff over at Clinton Honda. There were a couple of glitches with my Bank Loan terms (in which I secured privately). At one point, it looked like the vehicle purchase was not going to go through and all the time and work invested in this deal was just a waste of time and energy. However, Steve Romain wasn't about to give up. He re-did the numbers and terms to make this deal happen. And it did. Because of Steve and his staff, later that day I was driving home in my new car! And better yet, thanks to him, I ended up with a lower car payment and a longer vehicle warranty. Thanks again guys....you're the BEST! More
Horrible experience I was convinced that I would go for the honda accord and started looking for used car options. During the car search process, I shortlisted Clinton Ho I was convinced that I would go for the honda accord and started looking for used car options. During the car search process, I shortlisted Clinton Honda and was introduced to Bill Ripka and he sounded very helpful and eager to help close a sale. Post the various discussions I had, I finally landed up at the used car dealership and had the worst nightmare possible. There was Honda Accord 2012 list at 14488. On Saturday (Aug 2nd), I drove 65 miles over to the dealership with a hope to close on the sale. Once I reached there, I test drove the car. As soon as I opened the car, I saw some car seat stains which was not disclosed in the listing. It was so much of an eyesore that I would have to replace the entire upholstery as Honda had tried everything to get the stains off and it would just not go(a confession they made once I reached the dealership). When I asked them to knock down the price lower than the listed price considering I had some work to do on the car, the answer I got was “Im already losing $1500 on this car”. A quick math (considering this was a leased car) and I told them that they should be making atleast $6000 - $7000 on this car at that price point. He was obviously not expecting that response and cut the discussion short that they don’t calculate it that way, without any logical rebuttals. In comes Steve (the most rude person I’ve encountered in a car dealership). He was intimidating, unwelcoming and outrightly rude. He was very blunt with his statements - “This is the price and I have a lot of inquiries on it. Take it or else leave it. Ill have this car sold soon”, “This is what it is at that price. you get that(stains) with the price”, “No one takes care of cars like I do (as if others would say they do a bad job at it)”. The discussion didn’t have any logical end and all I was asking that we close the deal at 14k, considering I would have to put in around $1000 to change the upholstery. With the stains, it ideally shouldn’t have passed the precertification test. Claims like “I’m the cheapest in a 100 mile radius” were shattered when I showed him atleast 3 listings that were $500-$1000 lesser than this listing(at the end of the day, I was too tired to drive another 70 miles to go check these options out). He was speechless and kept harping on the fact that this car is uniquely maintained (the usual BS every dealer gives). I was even ready to close the deal at $14k but he wouldn’t just budge. He was probably hoping that I wouldn’t go back considering I drove all the way(the games sales people play). I’m glad I went back without buying the car. My next stop was at Conicelli Toyota (a dealership I would highly recommend). They were so helpful and were very informative about every feature about the car(Corolla/Camry). Most importantly, they were welcoming(a hygiene for any car dealership). I met Paul Smith who gave me all the information about the Camry and the test drive was awesome. Paul is a classic example of how the right salesman can drive loyalty away from Honda over to a Toyota. A Camry was never on my radar but I just wanted to ensure that the day doesn’t go waste and hence, I decided to check in. Steve surely must have been working in Toyota and he did a good job at shooing me away from a Honda purchase. Ultimately, 1 week later, I’m a proud owner of a Camry and have no regrets about the decision. Its people like Steve who add to the already complex dealership business and I’m glad I didn’t buy the pre owned Accord that was listed at Clinton. I would never ever recommend Clinton to anyone. It was a sheer waste of my day and I so very much regretted the time I wasted driving all the way up there. More

I had been back a couple of times, talked with Bob each time, but I never felt pressured into deciding to purchase or lease a car with Clinton Honda. Bob answered each of my questions with straight forward answers that held true right to the final documents that I signed this week. Patrick S in the business office had the same qualities of honesty and straightforward answers to questions that made the process easy to understand. This is the second car I have bought at this dealership, and both were very easy honest experiences.
