Great experience!!! We just purchased our 4th car from Charlie Bippart, he is a wonderful salesperson to work with. Charlie goes above and beyond to help out his customers. He is a really nice guy to work with and really seems to have a genuine interest in making everyone comfortable and happy with their sale. We have bought a lot of cars and we keep coming back to Honda because since we started with them a few years ago we have never had an issue. We have found all of the staff pleasant to deal with. Patrick worked on the finance side of it, he was very nice and walked us through everything thoroughly and quickly to get us home to our family. When I purchased my 2003 CRV Todd worked with me and my husband who had purchased Hondas in the past. He was very helpful and explained all about the car and when we closed the deal we found this was his husband who had purchased Hondas in the past. Last week we traded both cars for two 2013 CRV's and yes of course we worked with Todd. Buying two cars at once, was again a hassle free pleasant experience. As a long time customer of Planet Honda who finally realized my business was not valued, I was delighted with my experience at Clinton Honda. It's been a very long time since I have dealth with a dealership this professional, courteous and "customer friendly". I had no intention of buying that day, I was just getting prices. But the deal I received was so good I had to stay. I had some numbers in mind that I was hoping for that day, I just didn't expect to get them at the first dealer I went to! I truly believe that my business was appreciated, not the way I was treated at Planet Honda after leasing 3 cars there. If my experience wasn't as good as it was I woud never take the time to come to this web site to let others know. It was a relaxing, comfortable, pressure-free atmosphere. Dan, my salesman, was great--willing to work with me and Tom the manager was also fantastic. I couldn't have gotten a better deal and more importantly was treated like a valued customer. It was about a 40 minute drive from my house, but it was well worth it. If you are considering Honda, I urge you to consider making a drive to Clinton Honda. It will be well worth your time. More
