There are several reasons why I decided to purchase my new 2013 Accord from Clinton Honda. 1.) Since moving to the area about 7 years ago, I found the quality of their service department to be outstand new 2013 Accord from Clinton Honda. 1.) Since moving to the area about 7 years ago, I found the quality of their service department to be outstanding. They have been accommodating, highly professional, and ultimately very cost-effective. Bryon Collinge and the rest of the service team have always gone the extra mile to keep my car in good shape without charging an "arm and a leg" or trying to push unneeded repairs. After more than 356,000 miles though, it was time for a new car. 2.) The sales experience was great. My salesman Steven Stosko was knowledgeable and thorough in answering my many questions. His input helped greatly in making my purchase decision. The price negotiations were no-pressure and the final price was great. Steve also worked around my schedule to arrange a convenient delivery with no rushing. I found the sales approach at Clinton Honda to be "low-key" but always helpful. It's exactly what I wanted since I don't like being pestered. 3.) My financing representative Judy Meier very helpful in arranging financing that exceeded my expectations and outperformed even my credit union rates. She was patient, personable, and took the time to explain every detail. She made financing though the dealership a lot more convenient than using my own credit union. 4.)I looked around the lot and saw that Clinton Honda didn't load up each car on the lot with items such as door edge guards, wheel lip molding, pinstriping, window etching, etc. I have seen other dealerships do this to bump up the price of the car which makes it harder to negotiate and more than a little annoying. Whenever I see that on a car lot, I walk away. At Clinton Honda they didn't play any such "games". If I wanted any of those items, I had to ask for them. More

My family has been going to Clinton Honda for over 15 years and every experience we have there is beyond excellent! They have a low key and friendly approach to sales. This is the fourth car I've bought, but it was the first time I felt like a client instead of like an enemy. Absolutely no games. I just bought a new Accord SE at Clinton Honda. The Sale reps who helped me all along were Janet, Greg, and Anthony. Wow, the service was excellent. Eventhough I could not afford the first car which Janet offered, she followed up 3 weeks later to see what she can do to help me. I was very surprised. That is great customer servcice. As for Greg, he always FYI me what is going on throughout the whole process. He made the process easy for me to follow. And he answered all my questions honestly. That is the value I respect the most. Last but not least, Anthony was very detail oriented. He walked me through the steps the day I came to pick up the car and service department. He also made my 1st service appointment. Again, he answered 2 of my questions honestly. That is what I like. While i was signing the paper work, Anthony moved all my stuffs from my old car to the new car. Who does that! Wow, this is a person who really cares and takes his job to heart. My wife and I bought our 6th car here. This is the first time a Sale Rep made the transition so easy and fast. He was a total professional throughout the car purchasing process. His followup skills were especially appreciated. While we were waiting to process the paperwork he took the time to make sure we were comfortable. Also, the Business Manager, Judy Meier speeded us professionally and accurately through the paperwork, despite the late hour on a Saturday night. I would recommend this salesperson and dealership. I have been very pleased with the sales and service at Clinton Honda. I find it convenient that I am able to drive in and have something checked, i.e., tire pressure, without having to make an appointment Clinton Honda. The Service Department is efficient and waiting time seems to be kept to a minimum. We just purchased a new CRV, working with Bob Westervelt for the second time. Bob is pleasant to deal with and delivered the car we wanted when promised. We plan on going back to Clinton Honda in March for a Pilot. More
