I am 61 years old and recently purchased my first NEW car. Another dealer told me it would be a problem to get me the car I wanted, a Blue-Raspberry, Standard Transmission FIT, that weren't any available car. Janet, at Clinton Honda, located the car for me in less than three minutes and told me that there would be no problem having it for me within a few days. Janet, her co-worker and her manager, Dan, all made the anxiety of buying a new car vanish. I felt well taken care of. I also felt that they will stand behind the car if and whenever there is a problem. I was not expecting to have a wonderful time spending so much hard-earned money. I bought a car and leased a car from this dealership, and have been happy with both transactions. The sales people are not pushy, I got the sense that they were working with me and could be trusted, and the have been happy with both transactions. I was able to get the make and model I wanted, with the options I wanted, from the available cars on the lot, which meant no waiting to pick up my new car. My salesman, Anthony Tam, shed the typical, cheesy, over the top, car salesman skin that is typically present in the world of car salesmen. Anthony was extremely friendly and provided us with the needed information to purchase our 2013 Honda Odyssey. He provided us with initial information about the vehicle and about my trade prior to my arrivial. This made the car buying experience simple and streamlined. Anthony gave us time to decide on the vehicle that we wanted with desired options and additions. He had superb knowledge of the vehicle and was able to answer any technical, mechanical or cosmetic feature questions about the vehicle. Anthony also spent time with us setting up our blue tooth features as well as a final "quality check" upon delivery of the vehicle. If anyone is in the market for a Honda and wants to avoid the "typical sneaky, slimy, double talking car salesman", go see Anthony.
