When I purchased my 2003 CRV Todd worked with me and my husband who had purchased Hondas in the past. He was very helpful and explained all about the car and when we closed the deal we found this was his husband who had purchased Hondas in the past. Last week we traded both cars for two 2013 CRV's and yes of course we worked with Todd. Buying two cars at once, was again a hassle free pleasant experience. Thanks to Todd we have two new cars and when we need to upgrade you will see us again. All our cars are serviced by Honda, great service, everyone there is great and always have a smile. But the deal I received was so good I had to stay. I had some numbers in mind that I was hoping for that day, I just didn't expect to get them at the first dealer I went to! I truly believe that my business was appreciated, not the way I was treated at Planet Honda after leasing 3 cars there. If my experience wasn't as good as it was I woud never take the time to come to this web site to let others know. It was a relaxing, comfortable, pressure-free atmosphere. Dan, my salesman, was great--willing to work with me and Tom the manager was also fantastic. I couldn't have gotten a better deal and more importantly was treated like a valued customer.
