Under duress by my brother to give Tom Winnicky a chance to sell me a new Accord, I finally acquiesced and called him. I explained to Tom I had been a loyal customer of another Honda dealership since 199 to sell me a new Accord, I finally acquiesced and called him. Needless to say, Tom and Steve Stosko won me over. Not only did I receive a better deal on the purchase of my new vehicle, I received far superior customer service. My telephone calls were returned in a timely manner, I saved time as the entire deal was done over the telephone, all the paperwork was in proper order, the financing was done with ease, and as I left with my new car, a kind employee saw me outside while he was carrying in Easter lily plants and graciously gave me one. Tom and Steve thank you for your tenacity, professionalism, and top-notch service. I look forward to a long relationship with Clinton Honda.
