We wandered around in the parking lot for a while uninterrupted, which was nice. After we came in, Bob asked us if we had any questions or needed any help. We did and he thoughtfully guided us through the information on the new Crosstour. There was a 2012 and a 2013 and he explained the differences and similarities clearly. We chose the 2013. Bob was professional, thorough, and a generally nice person...the kind you want to so business with. After our purchase, even though the showroom was "closed", he stayed with us, explaining the controls and features while we were inside before heading home. Thanks, Bob! More

We agreed on a price, were informed of the assessories for the car and their prices. We were informed of extra options, but not pressured to purchase them. I needed a used car rather unexpectedly, so did some quick research and decided on a Honda Fit. Clinton Honda seemed to be the only dealership anywhere near my home that had one in stock, so I essential quick research and decided on a Honda Fit. Clinton Honda seemed to be the only dealership anywhere near my home that had one in stock, so I essentially bought the car online, as I needed it fast. The dealership was extremely responsive to my queries with what I assume was at first an automated response, but which was soon followed up with one from an actual person. All told, the entire process took less than a week--I made my first inquiry on a Sunday evening and picked the car up the following Saturday. Completely painless. The dealership itself, is large, clean, and friendly, but not so friendly as to be corny and unbusinesslike; they are running a business there, and they do it well. Things seem well-organized. I was not browbeaten into purchasing add-on packages or things of that nature. My dealer, Sean McManus, was extremely low-key and friendly, but clearly expert. I felt I was in good hands. I have essentially purchased a "starter Honda," and of course it is in the dealership's best interest to keep me as a client, perhaps graduating to something a bit more luxurious as time goes on. I look forward to seeing how it goes. For now, I feel very comfortable with this dealership. More

I did some research and found that Clinton Honda has an excellent reputation. I visited their used car facility to see if I could find a two year old car that I liked. I was walking around in a light rain looking at the cars that were for sale when Sean McManus came out to see if he could help me. I thought that it must be a dedicated person who would walk out in the rain to help a customer. In the process of buying my Honda, I found Sean to be friendly, relaxed, helpfull and patient. Many years ago there was a dealership in the Philadelphia area that advertised using the phrase "No pressure, no hype." If Sean had pressured me, I would have moved on. At 77, my decision making is a slow process. I think that Sean understood that and helped me when I needed it without the pressure I usually associate with car buying. Clinton Honda has done well in counting him as one of their employees. The way the numbers worked out, a new car was my obvious choice. I purchased a new CRV that meets my needs much better than an older car. Because of the friendly and relaxed atmosphere created by Sean, Charley Steadman and the people at both the used facility and the new car building, I expect to have a long and happy relationship with Clinton Honda. I made the decision to contact Clinton Honda after interacting with two other Honda dealerships in the area, because I wanted greater value for my Honda Ridgeline trade while matching very competitive interacting with two other Honda dealerships in the area, because I wanted greater value for my Honda Ridgeline trade while matching very competitive offer received for a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I was getting exhausted because of the two previous dealership visits presented the typical "new car negotiation games" and they both wasted my valuable time. Then it happened...The Clinton Honda experience. I was contacted by Janet Contrino in response to my online inquiry, where I provided my previous trade offers and asked if Clinton can offer more. I can testify to this, from the moment I started talking to Janet on the phone, it felt like a calming, Zen-like experience. Her voice is so assuring, relaxing and kind. She was also HONEST, telling me by phone she may not be able to beat the price and didn't want me to make the (far) trip, only to be disappointed. Janet took the information and my description of vehicle condition and said she would talk to her manager and call me back. She did, as promised, later in the day. Based on our discussions, she said it's very possible they could do better, because of contacts they called who would want the vehicle, but they would have to (understandably) see the truck. This is what made Janet and Clinton Honda different. She didn't pressure me to come in. Janet had a relaxing conversation with me and left the decision TOTALLY in my hands, I could tell she was prepared for me to say thanks, but no thanks. I respected that and instinct told me I needed to go to Clinton. From the moment I met Janet, the sense of calmness presided within and we had a very thoughtful conversation. Her sales manager, Greg Yuskaitis, test drove my Ridgeline and sat with me. I candidly thought, surely, this is where the "new car negotiation games" would being, but I was WRONG. Greg presented a greater offer for my trade that the other two Honda dealerships would not offer, and he spent time to review not only the low number for my new vehicle, but every number that would appear on my contract, down to my monthly payment. I appreciated that full, clear, disclosure. Then, the Clinton Honda experience...Greg sat back, with Janet seated with us, and waited for my decision. I actually KNEW I could simply part with mutual respect at that moment, but my instinct said, there is no better deal and you found a place that provides NO PRESSURE. SOLD!! I could go into detail about the fantastic prep of my new car, and how Janet ELIMINATES the "new car negotiation games", as they do not exist at Clinton Honda. Janet allows you to feel sincerely honored and respected. Everyone you talk to, from the Business Managers Judy Meier that night and Patrick Steadman the next day picking up the car...was relaxing. Patrick offered options and allowed me to make decisions without pressure (again, the Clinton Honda experience). I received a GREAT price on my Accord, the VALUE I wanted for my Ridgeline, an additional amount from Honda (...the other TWO dealerships NEVER mentioned...) and stress free discussions. There were times when I was seated, that I saw customers entering - - like family. I am now a proud member of that family and will be returning to Clinton Honda with each new purchase for my family. When I was finally ready to drive away in my new Accord, I honestly wanted to invite everyone I interacted with to my house for a BBQ!! They are that nice just to talk to...no less...to do business with. Thank you Janet, for your kindness and calmness...and for caring about my son going off to college. (I will survive...I hope!) Thank you to Greg, Judy and Patrick for collectively allowing me to relax, knowing that "new car negotiation" games" do NOT exist at Clinton Honda. I can only imagine so many new customers come in expecting it, but I warn you all now...it doesn't happen here. If you want the feeling of doing battle, there are OTHER dealerships you will need to go to, because those games do not happen at Clinton Honda. I LOVE my new 2013 Honda Accord Sport!!!
